We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Bilingual Office Receptionist to join our growing team in Brooklyn! If you enjoy helping others, communicating with people, and keeping an office running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome visitors and assist patients, families, and caregivers in a professional and friendly manner.

• Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate team members.

• Schedule appointments and help coordinate daily office activities.

• Prepare correspondence, documents, and other administrative materials.

• Maintain organized filing systems and accurate records.

• Provide general clerical and administrative support to the team.

• Help create a positive and welcoming experience for everyone who contacts or visits our office.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in reception, office administration, or a related role preferred.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Professional, friendly, and service-oriented attitude.

• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, patients, families, and caregivers.
